State Target squad is a step to performance swimming.
State Target squad
Swimmers in the State Target Squad are expected to demonstrate commitment to all commitments that they have whilst training through regular training. These swimmers may have many commitments on and we wnat to support them while they swim and aim for state times
State Target Squad Requirements
Age: 14+ years-old
Criteria: State Age Qualifying time and meeting minimum training commitment
Minimum Commitment: 2-6 Swim sessions + 3 Gym
Target Competitions: State Age Short Course and Long Course Championships, National Championships (Qualifiers only)

Price: $240 per month for 5-6 swim sessions + 1-2 gym
