Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or just starting out, our sessions cater to all experience levels with a focus on aerobic freestyle. We typically swim between 1.5 to 2.5 km, gradually increasing the distance as you build your stamina. While our primary emphasis is on aerobic freestyle, we also incorporate speed work and introduce other strokes, allowing you the freedom to explore different techniques or stick to your preferred style. Each session includes skill-building drills to enhance your technique and overall performance, all while fostering a social atmosphere where you can connect with fellow swimmers. Membership – direct debit (Debit runs the last Friday of every month)
